lately i find myself itching to go on another solo trip, like when i wandered the streets of Porto this time last year. #tbt
i love the autonomy of solo travel and how it can lead to the most unexpected discoveries and encounters.
little things, like stumbling upon a cute coffee shop in Taipei ☆ big, like meeting my bf at a street party in San Sebastián ☆ or even bigger, like being inspired to move abroad. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ➼ so excited to spend my next trip with family, but here’s to more solo adventures in the next decade ➼
as an expat, you get used to friends coming and going, loved ones being spread around the globe, distance, etc. etc., but goodbyes never get easier.
madrid is going to be a little less bright without my partner in crime, mi media naranja, the girl who makes me feel so supported and loved that the least i can do is let her have our good side in photos.
i hope everyone is lucky enough to find the Fara to their Alex. sé que no es adiós, es hasta luego 🌺
